Co-founder of Virtas Partners with a particular emphasis and expertise in capital structuring & formation and restructuring. Over the past 30 years, Tim has executed turn-arounds, capital restructures/placements, and served as the Financial Advisor, CEO, and CRO for numerous private equity-backed and privately-held companies across a broad spectrum of industries in the United States and Canada. Prior to starting Virtas, Tim was a partner in one of the larger restructuring firms in the United States. Tim holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and was awarded a Certificate in Advanced Strategy from INSEAD Euro-Asian Centre in Fontainebleau, France. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional, has been awarded the Turnaround Management Association National "Turnaround of the Year Award," and has served as a Board Member of the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals.
Myron BallPresident & Chief Executive Officer
Myron is a transformational and proven leader, who has held positions and functioned as the President, Chief Operations Officer, and Vice President for several food and restaurant groups. Most recently, he was VP of Corporate Operations for Save-a-Lot, with direct responsibility for 432 locations, delivering $1.5B in revenue Prior positions include: VP of Domestic Franchise Operations for Church’s Chicken and VP of Domestic Sales and Development for Church’s Chicken. In both positions he was responsible for 946 restaurants overseeing 162 franchisees. He served as President of The Hawkins Food Group, LLC, where he directed the growth, development and operations of 131 restaurants: Burger King (42), Pizza Hut (89), and over 4,500 employees in five states.

The success of the Boaz Group has been the people and the programs she created and implemented to maximum retention, provided upward mobility and developed leaders and managers that assumed roles and positions with greater responsibility. David FabianVice President of Construction and Development
Commercial Development Executive with extensive retail development experience for some of the largest companies in the country. In-depth working knowledge of all market and sub markets throughout the United States. A keen leader able to build and manage diverse teams with various disciplines. Known for excellent negotiation, process improvement and collaboration skills.
